In 2024, Ferry Law has commenced two trials against Bruce Bemer and his company Bemer Petroleum Corporation, those cases were resolved prior to the jury entering a verdict. The Plaintiffs had suffered for decades without telling a soul about their abuse. Ferry Law hired the country’s leading experts on PTSD and childhood sexual trauma to assist survivors in telling their stories to a jury of their peers and get the stereotypes and myths about survivors that Defense counsel was eager to seize on set straight.
