Ferry Law supports a wonderful organization Institute for Safer Trucking which supports families who have been harmed in trucking crashes and efforts to craft strong laws and hold the trucking industry accountable. We encourage our clients to participate in advocacy including working with the Institute for Safer Trucking to help spread awareness and put a human face to the tragedies that can result if professional drivers and the companies that put them on the road do not prioritize safety. We believe that becoming an advocate for all people hurt by unsafe trucking can help our clients to process their trauma and prove that their life or a loved one’s life and help build a bridge to a brighter future in the face of tragedy.

The Institute for Safer Trucking aadvocates to lawmakers on Capitol Hill to help improve mandatory safety measures in the trucking industry. At Ferry Law, we believe in putting our money where our mouth is and leading with the heart. When we say we are committed to making our roads safer, we mean not just in the courtroom with big verdicts but also in the chambers and halls of government where we can make a lasting impact for all people by crafting policies that make the industry safer.
